Nano Zinc Powder

The nano zinc powder appears gray black and there is no obvious agglomeration. The particle is spherical. We can produce products with the average particle size of 35 to 80nm. Special processing can be conducted according to customers' requirements. Our products have high degree of purity, uniform particle size distribution and good dispersibility. They are packaged by a double-layer anti-static plastic bag and each bag contains 50 to 200 grams of the product.

The nanopowder of zinc and its alloys used as catalyzer has high efficiency and strong selectivity. It can be used in the synthesis of carbon dioxide and hydrogen to make methanol and other reactions. When exposed to the sunlight, the nanometer zinc oxide powder shows photocatalytic effect, which can kill most bacteria and viruses. According to some quantitative tests, when the concentration of the nanometer zinc oxide is 1%, the sterilization rate of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is 98.86% and 99.93% respectively within five minutes. When the nano zinc powder is used as the dielectric material for alkaline battery, the capacity and lifespan of the battery can be greatly increased.
