QYF-600 Jet Milling and Mixing System Installed in Pakistan
The equipment shown in the above picture is the QYF-600 jet milling and mixing system installed in Pakistan by our company in 2011. It is used by the customer to make dry powdered pesticide formulations and the production capacity is 500kg/h. Height of the customer's plant is 13m, so continuous production mode is adopted. (If customers' plant is not so high, we can provide other schemes.)
The feeding port is equipped with induced draft device, ensuring no flying dust. The double-screw mixers guarantee full and uniform mixing of the materials. This system uses fluidized bed jet mill principle, which has high grinding efficiency. The finished product discharge port can be directly connected to an automatic packaging machine. The whole system can be remotely controlled through a touch screen.
