With no obvious agglomeration, products with different grain sizes appear light gray to black and they are spherical. They have uniform particle size distribution as well as good dispersibility and sintering shrinkage. Their oxidation temperature is high. Every 100 to 1000 grams of the product is packaged by an anti-static plastic bag.

The nanometer tin powder can be used as a lubricant additive. Adding it into the lubricating oil or grease enables self-lubricating and self-repairing films to form on the surface of the friction pairs in the course of friction, which will greatly reduce the wear of the friction pairs. The nanoparticles can also significantly reduce the sintering temperature of the powder metallurgy products and high-temperature ceramic products. In addition, our product can be used for the conductive coating of metal and non-metal under anaerobic condition below the melting point of the product. This technology is applicable to the production of microelectronic devices.
